If it seems like the review is not relevant

Sometimes the review is puzzling: you are scolded for poor quality body repair, although you do not work with cars. Or they are offended that there is no cognac on the menu of a beer bar, and ask to include it there. And they can also describe the establishment as if they have never been there.

If you realize that the review was not written about you, you can contact Yandex support. To do this:
Log in to your Yandex Business personal account .
Go to the "About the organization" tab.
Select "Reviews".
Find the review you want to report.
Click on the exclamation mark in a circle in the upper right corner of the review.
In the window that opens, describe in detail the reason why you consider the review to be incorrect.
Moderators will check the review manually within a day. If it violates the rules, we will remove it from your company profile.
