Customs procedures

Post by Mitu3339 »

First, the goods are classified in the customs tariff, which means assigning a numerical code to the goods. The person legally responsible for ensuring that the classification of their goods is correct is the importer or exporter, even if they use a customs agent as their representative before customs.

The exporter must complete the SAD (Single Administrative Document). This is a form that must be filled out at customs for the exchange of phone number for thailand goods (imports and exports) between EU members and third countries. In it, the declarant must accurately record the following details: goods (value, type, quantity, etc.); origin, destination, weights, exchange rate; attached documents. It must be signed by the holder or by an authorized person.

The goods will always be accompanied by the SAD and the sales invoice , as well as the transport documents required depending on the means used for its shipment. Depending on the country of destination and the product to be exported, additional documents may be required, such as the export certificate, ATA carnets, foreign health certificate, etc.
