Created five years ago in 2014, the Lab de Centre France changed its name last January to become La Compagnie Rotative . From its conception, the vision of this new structure was clear. to promote innovation within the group.
It was agreed from the outset that the approach should not be simply technological, but should be part of a global transformation of the group.
“ Digital transformation was one of the levers. We worked a lot on the levers of internal communication, work processes, etc. Overall, the approach was more cultural than digital,” explains Raphaël Poughon.
