One of the “secrets” to getting new followers and keeping them is creativity. The element of surprise helps enormously to generate positive expectations about future content. Therefore, we must always keep in mind that it is not only what we do today that is relevant, but also what the reader expects us to be able to do tomorrow.

Some examples of pages that allow you to be creative are 404 error pages. On the Canva blog they give us about 50 spectacular examples . This type of page would be enough for a separate post. I want to talk about another type of page that you may not be giving the importance they deserve.

1 “Almost there” page – increase the number of subscription confirmations
2 “You are already registered” page – avoid japan phone number list confusion and connect with the reader
3 “Thank you for subscribing” page – thanks and downloading materials
“Almost there” page – increasing the number of subscription confirmations
You may have already heard of “Double Opt-In”. It simply means that a person who registers in the first step has to confirm it by clicking on a link in an email that they receive immediately.

The idea behind this is to avoid a third party using the email of a person who does not actually want to receive notifications from the list in question.
Many people forget what they subscribe to . Having to confirm increases the rate of those who remember so they won't perceive it as unwanted spam .
On this occasion two things can happen:

Nothing . That's it. The email is ignored or not seen and the subscription is never confirmed. Many people think that with the initial registration everything is done.
Click and confirm your subscription . Everything is perfect. This is what we want.
To maximize your confirmation rate, it is recommended that you redirect your reader to the “You’re almost there” page to remind them that they need to confirm their subscription to join the list and receive the engaging content you have created as an incentive for subscribers.
