I don't take off like Aladdin

Post by Mitu100@ »

I believe that nothing is in vain. I believe that you must first sow to reap. I believe that nails are not small things.

If you want to build a house, you need nails. They are those small, sharp things made of steel. Small stuff, really. But you can't do it without them.

My first blog posts reached maybe three people. But those three people were worth it. It wasn't in vain.

My first blog posts were bad, but they were not in vain.

Nothing is in vain.

Only sometimes it doesn't have the effect we want.

The temptation is great: when a brazil telegram screening text really hits home and inspires readers, the temptation to become arrogant is great.

The temptation is great to get carried away and behave like Aladdin, who pretended to be the Grand Prince - in reality he was just a street boy.

Bad lyrics and defeats always bring me back down to earth. And that's a good thing.

Because an important quality of an author is humility. You need humility to learn. You need humility to accept criticism properly.

Bad lyrics anchor me and keep me from becoming an arrogant pig.
