For example, the performance of text

Post by sakibkhan22197 »

In one of our content marketing surveys , 70% of marketers measure the performance of their content by traffic, 30% by the number of shares, and 31% by backlinks earned. However, it is interesting to find out which content features can help increase traffic and make blog posts more shareable and linkable.

For example, the performance of text is primarily due to its originality and relevance. But factors such as word count, headings and visual elements play a decisive role.

Using our data , and guided by our marketing curiosity, we have analyzed globally the visits, backlinks and number of times shared of more than 1,200,000 articles that we have selected from domains with blog sections between 30,000 and 500,000 sessions. We have tried to establish the correlation between these metrics and different text elements and their characteristics. Specifically, they are the following:

Length (e.g. number of words)

Headlines (including heading types and H1 length)

Structure (including depth of headings and presence of lists)

Visual content (including the presence of images and videos)

We would like to present the results of this study to you and hope that they will help you improve your own blog.
